WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THE NCF? 

Any State Government or voluntary organisation with a known record of service in the field of art and culture and registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (21 of 1860) or registered as a Public Trust at least for the last two years will be eligible for applying for financial assistance from the NCF for a specific project. Individuals are not entitled to financial assistance under this scheme. The requests will be entertained only in the proforma prescribed which appears as appendix to the Notification that sets up the NCF.
